How do I return my item(s)?

Does the product not meet your expectations, or did you order the wrong item? If the product(s) are in their original condition, have not been previously assembled and are in undamaged packaging, you can return them within 14 days. Please read the steps below carefully and download the returns form .

  1. Check whether the product and packaging are undamaged, keep in mind that not all products can be returned. View the conditions below.
  2. Print the returns form and fill it in completely for quick processing.
  3. Prepare the package for shipping and ensure that the return form is included in the package.
  4. Shipping costs for your return are always borne by the customer. Make sure your package has sufficient postage.

We will refund the relevant amount to you from the moment we have processed your return shipment in our warehouse and assessed whether everything is complete, unused and undamaged. Also follow these steps if you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and initiate the refund. You will receive the refund within approximately 3 working days via the same method you used to pay for the item(s).

Do you want to exchange something and have you indicated this on the return form ? Then the return costs are for your account and we will pay the shipping costs of the new order.

What are the conditions for returning my item(s)?

You can return your online order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. If you received items from an order that consists of multiple packages, the return period starts on the day you receive the last package.

Items purchased in the online shop cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.

If you have made the wrong product choice and would like to receive a different item, you will pay the return costs yourself and we will pay for the new delivery.

It is possible to return sale items.

In order to receive a full refund for your returned items, you must return the items in appropriate, sturdy packaging. The items must not have been used, worn or damaged more than necessary as a result of determining the nature, characteristics and operation of the items. If you are not completely sure whether the product is what you are looking for, open the packaging carefully. So that we can reasonably resell the product:

  • The item is in its original condition and still in the original packaging.
  • Products are clean, not previously mounted and/or damaged.
  • Clothing is provided with the originally attached labels.
  • Accessories include all parts of the original packaging.
  • Shoes are in the original shoe box.
  • For products with a protective polyethylene liner: If the protective liner is removed, the product cannot be returned or replaced for health protection reasons.
  • Clothing may be tried on but not worn.

Which products cannot be returned?

Because these items are ordered exclusively for you from the manufacturer, we cannot accept returns and they are excluded from our returns policy. If you still send these products back to us, a 15% restock fee may be charged. If there is a production error in an item, please contact us.
