Deliver

The delivery of your order is exclusively done by our partner PostNL. PostNL ensures fast and safe delivery throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. KTM-shop charges standard €8.55 shipping costs for all packages, so that your order can be shipped safely and quickly with PostNL. The shipping costs for Belgium are € 11.95 and always require a signature for receipt.

Do you want to have your package delivered within or outside the EU?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary per country and are calculated when entering the delivery address of the order.

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We will wait until all items from your order have been received in order to ship the order in one go and as sustainably as possible.

track your order

When we have packed your package and changed the status of your order, you will receive the track & trace code from us to track your package. From this moment on, PostNL takes over responsibility for your package, and you can set your delivery preferences on the PostNL website.

Are not you home? Then decide for yourself where and when we will (re)deliver your package or pick up your package yourself at a pick-up point. In this way, together we ensure fewer unnecessary kilometers and CO2 emissions.

Shipments to Belgium must always be signed for upon receipt.

Expected delivery time

If we can deliver your order from our own warehouse, it will often be shipped the same day. If (one or more of) the items must be ordered from our parts warehouse in Austria, the delivery time is on average 1-3 working days.

In some cases, the items are also not immediately in stock in the parts warehouse in Austria. The missing item will automatically be placed on the backorder in your name. We will inform you about this by e-mail to discuss what to do and whether we will make a partial delivery.

Have you not received an update from us? We then wait until all products have arrived in our warehouse, so that we can deliver the complete order to you at once. The delivery time is then 4-10 working days.
