Deliver

The delivery of your order is done exclusively by our partner PostNL. PostNL ensures fast and safe delivery throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. KTM-shop charges standard € 7.95 shipping costs for all packages, so that your order can be shipped safely and quickly with PostNL. The shipping costs for Belgium are € 11.95.

Do you want your package delivered within or outside the EU?

We ship worldwide. The shipping costs differ per country and are calculated when entering the delivery address of the order.

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We do wait until all items from your order have arrived in order to ship the order in one go and as sustainably as possible.

track your order

When we have packed your package and the status of your order has changed, you will receive the track & trace code from us to track your package. From this moment on, PostNL takes over responsibility for your package, and you can set your own delivery preferences on the PostNL website.

Are not you home? Then decide for yourself where and when we will deliver your package (again) or pick up your package yourself at a pick-up point. In this way, together we ensure fewer unnecessary kilometers and CO2 emissions.

Shipments to Belgium must always be signed for receipt.

Expected delivery time

If we can deliver your order from our own warehouse, it will often be shipped the same day. When (one or more of) the items must be ordered from our spare parts warehouse in Austria, the delivery time is on average 1-3 working days.

In some cases, the items are also not directly in stock in the spare parts warehouse in Austria. The missing item will automatically be placed in the backorder in your name. We will inform you about this by e-mail to discuss what to do and whether we will proceed with a partial delivery.

Didn't receive an update from us? Then we wait until all products have arrived in our warehouse, so that we can deliver the complete order to you in one go. The delivery time is then 4-10 working days.
