Order from KTM

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order via iDeal, BanContact or CreditCard (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard).

Have you received a gift card from KTM shop? Then you can enter the unique code in the last step of the checkout process. The credit of the gift card will be automatically deducted. You can pay the remaining amount with one of the above payment methods.

Status of your order

When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. If we can deliver your order from our own warehouse, it will often be shipped the same day. When (one or more of) the items must be ordered from our spare parts warehouse in Austria, the delivery time is on average 1-3 working days.

You can always see the status of your order in your account , but you can always call us on 0174-515134. Please keep your order number at hand.

Have you not received an order confirmation? Then check your Junk Mail folder. To be sure, also check whether the amount has been debited from your account. If you have paid, please contact us by phone or via the chat at the bottom right.

Payment failed

If the amount has not been debited or the payment has failed, please contact us and we will send you, if available, a payment link of your aborted checkout. Of course you can also place a new order.

Availability

In some cases, the items are also not directly in stock in the spare parts warehouse in Austria. The missing item will automatically be placed in the backorder in your name. We will inform you about this by e-mail to discuss what to do and whether we will proceed with a partial delivery.

Didn't receive an update from us? Then we wait until all products have arrived in our warehouse, so that we can deliver the complete order to you in one go. The delivery time is 4-10 working days.

My order is defective, incomplete or damaged.

Are you not satisfied with the ordered product or did something go wrong with your order? We are of course very sorry about that. Please contact our customer service so that we can look for a suitable solution together.

Cancel or change order

If you have received a message from us that the item is no longer available or is taking longer to arrive, we can (partially) cancel your order and/or propose an alternative item in consultation with you or refund the order amount via the payment method with which you order fulfilled.

Do you want to change or cancel your order yourself? This is possible until the moment it is prepared for shipment at PostNL. Please contact us as soon as possible by telephone via customer service on 0174 - 51 51 34.
